GONE WITH THE WIND
Now in 70mm Widescreen - Metrocolor - Full Stereophonic Sound!

While it might have seemed like a bone head idea to blow up Gone With The Wind to 70mm and screw around with the sound to create six unintelligible tracks, it was a money-making venture and to hell with the fact that the film was just about destroyed.

Seen above is a snip from MGM's alignment film, something quite necessary since there was no room for error or the public wouldn't see much of the important information. Below is a comparison of the original frame, pulled from the DVD release, and the 70mm chop job. I'd rather see Citizen Kane colorized than this sort of desecration.
